NYC HIGH FASHION was founded in New York in 2021. The House draws from the city as it actually exists — its movement, contradictions, ambition, underground culture and constant reinvention.
PHILOSOPHY
Fewer things, made well
We believe in making less and giving each piece more reason to exist. Every Chapter is developed deliberately, with an emphasis on design, construction, material and permanence over volume.
THE 420 SYSTEM
420
Every Artifact is authenticated and numbered. No design is ever made beyond #420.
Ten numbers are held by the House: the Museum Archive, the Founder's piece and the Founding Vault. No more than 410 enter collector circulation. Numbers are assigned by the House, never chosen.
THE CLOUD
The Crowned Cloud
The Crowned Cloud is the emblem of the House. Born from NYC HIGH FASHION’s earliest identity, it represents elevation, imagination and the culture that shaped the brand — refined into something distinctly our own.
COLLECTIBILITY
History accumulates
Every numbered Artifact belongs to a larger record. Chapters are archived, ownership can be registered, and selected pieces remain with the House. Over time, the collection becomes a history of NYC HIGH FASHION itself.
QUALITY
The making
Quality begins before a piece reaches production. Fabric, fit, construction, finish and detail are developed intentionally, sampled, tested and refined until the finished Artifact earns its place in the Chapter.
